How do I get a ticket to the Planetarium?

After payment is received, the ticket is instantly provided. The PDF ticket will be sent to the email address you provided.
Can I now go inside the planetarium?
Yes, you may show your valid ticket at the Spherical Cinema or Lecture Hall entry.
Important details about online ticketing
- The ticket makes a note of its expiration date. The ticket will be forfeited without a refund if it is not used within the allotted time.
- The bought ticket's date cannot be altered.
- Please arrive to the fulldome movies promptly. We apologize, but for security reasons we are unable to let you to the Spherical Cinema if you arrive late.
Procedure for buying tickets online
- For the activity, use the "Choose a date" button.
- Select the quantity of tickets, fill out the required information, and then complete your order or reservation.
- Use your preferred payment option to purchase the tickets.
- Following payment, we will send your tickets in PDF format along with a receipt for the transaction to your email address. You can also download the tickets directly from the website after payment.
- Please check your spam folder to see whether the email containing the tickets is there if you did not receive it.
- When you check in, you may print your tickets or just see them on your phone.
- At the entry to the Spherical Cinema or Lecture Hall, tickets are checked by scanning the barcode on the ticket. Every ticket has a unique barcode. The ticket cannot be used once it has been checked in and checked out.
